We are currently seeking Franchisees and Operating Partners for the Ontario region. The model Santa Fe store is approximately 160 seats and start up costs range from $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Start up costs vary depending upon several key facts; size and city location of the unit, whether the location will be a current location conversion or new start up. Franchisees must be able to provide at least 40% cash investment of the total project budget. Our current Franchise fee is approximately $25,000.00 and the ongoing royalty fee is 4% of gross sales. (There is currently no advertising fee royalty)

Santa Fe Southwestern Grill Franchise Company provides the following services to ensure a turnkey operation at the completion of your project:

• If required, assistance with location financing
• Assistance with site selection & lease negotiation
• Project set up / design & construction timelines
• Management and staff training at a corporate location
• All systems & controls required to run day to day business operations
• Solid support from the franchise company to ensure a smooth opening and continual assistance with operations.
