We are currently seeking Franchisees and Operating Partners for the Ontario region. The model Santa Fe store is approximately 160 seats and start up costs range from $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.  Start up costs vary depending upon "several factors" and the current franchise fee is now $30,000 and 5% gross sales. (There is currently no advertising royalty)

• Assistance with site selection & lease negotiation
• Project set up / design & construction timelines
• Management and staff training at a corporate location
